QUÉ: The San Antonio River Authority (River Authority) is launching a new trash outreach initiative to best address the issue of trash within the San Antonio River Basin and take a proactive approach on the threats posed to creeks and rivers by floatable litter and trash as well as illegal dumping. As trash knows no boundaries, Bexar County and the City of San Antonio will join the River Authority at a press conference to launch the outreach initiative and help encourage the public to join the efforts and take a pledge to stop trash from reaching our creeks and rivers. San Antonio Spurs player and Olympic Gold Medalist Keldon Johnson will also be in attendance to help announce a new digital tool that the public can use to get engaged in this initiative.
